February 26th marks the 212th birthday of Victor Hugo! It is because of this amazing author we have the story of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. How will you celebrate Mister Hugo's day of birth? Read or re-read the original novel that started it all? Have a movie marathon starting first with the silent version? However you wish to celebrate this day I wish you all well. Happy Birthday, Victor and thank you for breathing life into such iconic characters we all have grown to love.

I am very excited about this since, of all places to make its debut, it's coming to San Diego, California, right in my hometown! So very exciting!

I'm sure by now many of you have heard that Disney will be premiering The Hunchback of Notre Dame musical, inspired by the 1996 animated movie, but also their German musical Der Glöckner von Notre Dame A much darker version than the animated version did. It's set to debut in La Jolla, California at The La Jolla Playhouse. This really is quite exciting news!

Hey there, everyone! Some exciting news I read on this blog from tumblr enseeseven. Also a friend of mine, who lives in England, had snapped some pictures for me. Disney will be re-releasing 23 of their Disney movies, but with the villains of each movie as the box cover. Yes, The Hunchback of Notre Dame is included so Frollo's face will be proudly displayed on the box cover. :aww: My sister was so happy to see that Professor
